Asad Haroon is an experienced
executive with a track record of
building profitable online enterprises.
Asad is the CEO and Founder of
InsideUp, which provides lead generation
solutions for business services
. As the Corporate Chief Marketing
Officer and General Manager (online
advertising division) for Liquidity
Services, Inc. (NASDAQ:LQDT),
Asad was the member of the leadership
team that over a six year period
elevated the company to a major
provider of B2B online services
(auctions, product sourcing, & online
advertising). He developed the
marketing, lead generation and
e-business strategies that propelled
revenues to $150 million, grew
the SMB buyer base to 500,000+,
and paved the way for a successful
public offering. Liquidity Services
was named to the Inc. 500, VAR
Business 500, Entrepreneur’s
Hot 100, and Washington Business
Journal’s Fastest Growing
Companies.
Previously, as Manager of Business
Strategy Services for OneSoft,
he helped client companies transform
from traditional brick-and-mortar
retailers to e-tailing. And in
his early career with Hewlett-Packard,
he instigated a culture change
to encourage global users to embrace
online information services.
Mr. Haroon holds an MBA in Marketing
from Northwestern University’s
Kellogg School of Management and
a BS in Computer Engineering from
Harvey Mudd College.
